in the ever amazing ways of our Father, this verse has been so appropriate for me again this month. this is our Scripture memory verse for july, in case you have lost track.
i have been feeling rather discombobulated recently…with 2 graduate classes, my continuing role as interim executive director at habitat, and my premier business. it’s been hard some days to even remember what day it is, let alone how much i have to get done that day!
but, in my weakest moments, He has been strong. in my overwhelmed moments in the middle of the night (also insomnia has been an issue – hard to believe since i am exhausted!), He has show Himself to me and given me comfort.
and, i’m happy to say that besides a make up day at the end of july, i am finished with one of the classes! it was a tough 2 weeks, but i made it through, and learned some great things about myself.
one class to finish in august and i should graduate in december. one class in the fall and i’ll also have my early childhood endorsement. these have been long time goals, so while it’s crazy, it feels good to be closing in on finishing them.
His strength will see me through, and i will boast about my weakness (and i am oh-so-weak), knowing that His power will rest on me.
